It was a Battle of the Birds when Citrus Hill duked it out with Desert Hot Springs on Wednesday. The Hawks came out on top against the Golden Eagles by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Hawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory made it two in a row for Citrus Hill and bumps their season record up to 3-8. As for Desert Hot Springs, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Citrus Hill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Bloomington on the 29th. As for Desert Hot Springs, they will challenge Yucca Valley at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
