Softball Preview: Glenn Bobcats vs. Coleman Comets
Glenn is 0-3 against Coleman since May of 2016 but things could change on Thursday. The Bobcats will host the Comets at 4:00 p.m. Glenn has given up an average of 8.3 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Glenn is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 13 runs last Wednesday, they were much more limited against Swan Valley on Wednesday. They came up short against the Vikings, falling 12-2.
Glenn saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hadley Keister, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Coleman got a massive performance out of Klaira Sysak, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs and two RBI. Those four runs gave Sysak a new career-high. Elley Johnson was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.
Coleman was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .562. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Glenn's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Coleman, their victory bumped their record up to 8-13.
