Football Recap: Philadelphia High School for Girls Falls to Olney in First Game of Season

Philadelphia High School for Girls had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. The game between the Philadelphia High School for Girls GAZELLE and the Olney Trojans didn't end well, with the Philadelphia High School for Girls GAZELLE falling 14-0.

Olney's win ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Philadelphia High School for Girls will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Thomas A. Edison at 4:00 p.m. on May 6th. Olney will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against Mastery Charter Hardy Williams at 4:00 p.m. on April 1st.
