Soccer Recap: North Georgia Christian Academy Starts Season with Loss at Home

North Georgia Christian Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell 5-3 to the Covenant Christian Academy Rams on Tuesday. The match was a 2-2 toss-up at halftime, but the Knights couldn't quite close it out.

Covenant Christian Academy's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-2-1.

Looking ahead, North Georgia Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Kings Way Christian School at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Covenant Christian Academy, they will challenge Valor Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
