Baseball Recap: Chelsea Falls Short of Mason in the Playoffs

Chelsea and Mason squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Chelsea had to settle for second. They fell just short of Mason by a score of 3-2.

Chelsea's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9-1. As for Mason, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-3.

Chelsea wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Trenton on the 7th. As for Mason, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-1 victory against Williamston on the 7th.
