Soccer Recap: Irvin Comes Up Short

Irvin was the 3-2 winner over Austin when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Irvin Rockets fell just short of the Austin Panthers by a score of 2-1 on Friday.

Irvin's loss dropped their record down to 10-8-1. As for Austin, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-12-1 record this season.

Irvin will square off against Clint at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Irvin is facing Clint at the right time seeing as Clint is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Austin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
