Basketball Game Preview: Noble-Whitley Warriors vs. Anderson HomeSchool SONS

After both having extra time off, Noble-Whitley Warriors and the Anderson HomeSchool SONS will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Anderson HomeSchool took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Noble-Whitley Warriors, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with seven losses in a row, Noble-Whitley Warriors turned things around against FAITH HomeSchool back in December of 2024. They came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 52-45.

Meanwhile, Anderson HomeSchool was just a bucket shy of victory two weeks ago and fell 62-61 to Indiana Christian Academy. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game back in December of 2024 (59), the SONS still had to take the loss.

Noble-Whitley Warriors will need focus on slowing down Kailani McCloud, one of several Anderson HomeSchool players who made an impact when they last played. He dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten boards. McCloud is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Clark Emly was another key player, dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.

Noble-Whitley Warriors' victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Anderson HomeSchool, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.

Noble-Whitley Warriors didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Anderson HomeSchool when the teams last played back in January of 2024, but they still walked away with a 66-60 win.
