Griffin DeLong was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 11 over six innings pitched. DeLong was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of Brashier Middle College Charter's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 2-5 when he doesn't).

In other batting news, Brashier Middle College Charter got a massive performance out of Maxwell Cianfarano, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Cianfarano has become a key player for Brashier Middle College Charter: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 0-5 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Colten West, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
