Creekside skates past Oakleaf with ease

Recap: Creekside Knights vs. Oakleaf Knights

The Creekside Knights entered their tilt with the Oakleaf Knights with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Creekside blew past Oakleaf 46-19 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Creekside has posted since November 28, 2023.

Creekside found their leader in underclassman Presley Brinkley, who scored 15 points along with four steals. That's the first time this season that Brinkley scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cami Waters, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds.

Creekside pushed their record up to 8-7 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Oakleaf, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Creekside and Nease will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 25th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Oakleaf, they will head out on the road to face off against Bradford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
