Fargo Davies had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 win over the West Fargo Packers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since May 30, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Caleb Christianson, who went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season. Ashton Rinas was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run.

Fargo Davies pushed their record up to 7-1-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for West Fargo, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
