Sheridan Hills Christian entered their tilt with First Baptist Academy on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Lions. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 last Thursday.

Sheridan Hills Christian was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (109-107), but they still managed to win. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 16-25, 27-25, 25-23, 15-10.

Jayla Kressin paced Sheridan Hills Christian's offense, picking up 14 kills. Kressin got some help from Jasmine Cummings and her 38 assists. Deborah Point Du Jour controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
