Basketball Recap: Henry County Comes Up Short

Henry County was the 50-46 winner over Northwest when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Henry County Patriots were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 51-50 to the Northwest Vikings.

Henry County's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Northwest, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-10.

Henry County will head out on the road to take on Kenwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Henry County is facing Kenwood at the right time seeing as Kenwood is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Northwest, they will challenge Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwest has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
