Softball Recap: Westminster Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Westminster Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Acadiana Rams, falling 16-1.

Westminster Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emma Tanner, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Westminster Christian Academy's record now sits at 3-6. As for Acadiana, their win bumped their record up to 13-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian Academy will host Highland Baptist Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Acadiana, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against New Iberia at 4:00 p.m.
