Soccer Game Preview: Seminole vs. Dunedin

The Seminole Warhawks will take on the Dunedin Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Seminole's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Lakewood.

Meanwhile, Dunedin lost 9-1 to Palm Harbor University on Monday. The Falcons have struggled against the Hurricanes recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Dunedin's goal came courtesy of Addison Jericho, who's now up to 22 this season.

Seminole is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 43 goals over those nine contests. As for Dunedin, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
