Volleyball Recap: West Philadelphia Comes Up Short

West Philadelphia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Bodine, falling 3-0.

West Philadelphia's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Bodine, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

West Philadelphia and Bodine will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Speedboys see the court they'll take on High School of the Future at 3:15 p.m. on the 21st. As for Bodine, their break will end when they face Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech at 3:15 p.m. on the 21st.
