Soccer Game Preview: Monadnock vs. Raymond

Monadnock is 0-5 against Raymond since October of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Huskies will host the Rams at 4:00 p.m. Monadnock has given up an average of 5.1 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Monadnock's offense. They came up short against Stevens on Thursday, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, Monadnock can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire soccer rankings (they are ranked 71st, while Stevens are ranked second).

Meanwhile, Raymond strolled into their game on Friday with an undefeated record and they left with the same. Their defense stepped up to hand Conant a 3-0 shutout. Considering Raymond have won 11 matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Monadnock's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Raymond, their win bumped their record up to 13-0-1.
