Cleveland hadn't done well against College Park recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Indians' pitchers stepped up to hand the Cavaliers a 3-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Cavaliers back in March, they had to take a 13-2 defeat.

The victory made it two in a row for Cleveland and bumps their season record up to 12-19. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for College Park, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-12.

Coincidentally, Cleveland and College Park will both be playing New Caney the next time they take the field. The Indians will head out to face the Eagles at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Cavaliers will host them at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
