Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for San Diego Jewish Academy

San Diego Jewish Academy had won two straight games and Jack Silberstein did his part to make it three on Saturday. The San Diego Jewish Academy Lions skirted past the San Pasqual Golden Eagles 49-46 thanks in part to Silberstein, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 15 rebounds. The matchup was his fourth in a row with at least ten points.

San Diego Jewish Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-11. As for San Pasqual, they dropped their record down to 2-15 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.

San Diego Jewish Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 59-55 win against Valley Torah on the 20th. As for San Pasqual, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Escondido at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Escondido is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.6 points per game this season.
