The Trojans have taken advantage and currently rank third in the team 2015 rankings with 20 commitments, two among the five-star variety and 12 from the four-star lot.

With a week to go until National Signing Day, USC (281.53 points) trails only Alabama (312.47) and Florida State (285.52), according to 247Sports.

Impressive news for the Trojans is that six of their recruits have already enrolled in school, meaning they have some superb students, including 5-star guard Chuma Edoga, of McEachern (Powder Springs, Ga.).

Four-star standouts Ricky Town, a quarterback from St. Bonaventure (Ventura, Calif.), Isaiah Langley, a cornerback from Foothill (Pleasanton, Calif.) and Cameron Smith, a linebacker from Granite Bay (Calif.), have also enrolled early.

Coach Steve Sarkisian and staff have done a fine job recruiting in-state with a whopping 15 recruits from California. The team's other 5-star player is 6-foot-5, 230-pound linebacker Osa Masina, of Brighton (Salt Lake City, Utah).

Known for its long line of running backs, the Trojans have grabbed three, and the best of the lot appears to be 4-star tailback Ronald Jones of McKinney North (Texas).
