Greydon Howell Dazzles in Broken Bow Win

Starting off the list is Broken Bow's Greydon Howell, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Howell rushed for 183 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 120 yards and two touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes. His longest rush was for an impressive 53 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Broken Bow, bringing their record for this year to 4-1. Howell and Broken Bow will face off against Stilwell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Rylan Waddell Delivers Best Effort of Season

Poteau came up short on Friday despite Rylan Waddell delivering his best game to date. Waddell wasn't messing around, making 13 total tackles (4.0 for loss) and defending a pass. The game was his tenth straight with five or more total tackles dating back to last season.

The loss snapped Poteau's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record. They and Glenpool are set to duel on Friday.
