Volleyball Recap: Heritage Academy Takes a Loss

Heritage Academy lost against Newport Central Catholic back in August of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Thoroughbreds. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-16.

Heritage Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Newport Central Catholic, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heritage Academy will welcome Ludlow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Newport Central Catholic, they will challenge Montgomery County at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
