Passers beware: Torrie O'Gwinn came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made five total tackles as Archer fell to Newton 42-35. We hope O'Gwinn's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

O'Gwinn and Archer will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rockdale County at 7:30 p.m. on October 3. The Tigers are a perfect 5-0 against the Bulldogs going back to October of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
