Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Washburn). They blew past the Apple Valley Eagles 73-49 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Millers also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Washburn is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points per game. As for Apple Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-12 record this season.

Washburn will welcome Tartan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Apple Valley, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 72-52 loss against Coon Rapids on the 18th.
