Volleyball Game Preview: Newark Tech Terries vs. Tech Panthers

The Newark Tech Terries will venture away from home to square off against the Tech Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Monday, Newark Tech came up short against Payne Tech and fell 2-0. The Terries have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Tech had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Tuesday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Comets. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since April 15th.

Tech pushed their record up to 18-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Newark Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-17.

Newark Tech couldn't quite get it done against Tech when the teams last played two weeks ago as they fell 2-0. Can the Terries avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
