Basketball Recap: Evergreen Christian Piles Up the Points Against Fairfax Christian

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Non Varsity Opponent, Evergreen Christian was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 56-21 win over the Fairfax Christian Cardinals. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Eagles have posted since February 19, 2024.

Evergreen Christian was led to victory by Maddie Wivell and Camryn Bullet. Wivell went 7 of 15 on her way to 17 points along with eight boards and three steals, while Bullet almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance gave Wivell a new career-high in rebounds. Camryn Hackney was another key player, putting up seven points.

Evergreen Christian's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-11. As for Fairfax Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
