Basketball Recap: St. Dominic Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the St. Dominic Bayhawks lost to the Cristo Rey Philadelphia Blue Pride on the road by a 62-48 margin.

St. Dominic now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Cristo Rey Philadelphia, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

St. Dominic will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Anthony's at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th. As for Cristo Rey Philadelphia, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 71-50 victory against Middletown North on the 19th.
