The Summit Classical Christian School Archers came into Thursday's game having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They had just enough and edged Rainier Christian out 27-25. Summit Classical Christian School's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nola Russell, who scored nine points.

Summit Classical Christian School's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 1-8. As for Rainier Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.

Summit Classical Christian School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Rainier Christian also has no future games currently scheduled.
