Soccer Game Preview: Skyline vs. Bountiful

The Skyline Eagles will face off against the Bountiful Redhawks at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Skyline is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Alta, who was ranked third at the time (Skyline was ranked 20th). The Eagles came up short against the Hawks on Friday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for Skyline in their meetings with Alta: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Bountiful had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They never let the Wildcats get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The score was close at halftime, but Bountiful pulled away in the second half with two goals.

Bountiful's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Skyline, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.
