Soccer Recap: Craigmont Comes Up Short

Craigmont had taken Raleigh-Egypt down for four straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Wednesday. The Chiefs lost 4-1 to the Pharaohs. Craigmont were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Raleigh-Egypt apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Craigmont and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Raleigh-Egypt, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Craigmont will welcome Kirby at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Raleigh-Egypt, they will take on Germantown at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
