On Friday, Homewood got the W thanks in part to Kaleb Carson playing the best football he has all season. Carson rushed for 102 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 174 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Carson and Homewood will challenge Fort Payne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Carson up against the Wildcats' star WR Brannon Oliver. The only thing left to do is find out who's the greater deep ball threat. You'll have to watch the game to know for sure.
