Softball Recap: Waukesha North Northstars vs. Oconomowoc Raccoons

Waukesha North extended their losing streak to three on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 3-12 in the process. They came up short against the Oconomowoc Raccoons, falling 10-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raccoons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 back in April.

As for Oconomowoc, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games.

As for Oconomowoc, they will venture away from home to square off against Hartford at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
