Baseball Recap: Pennsauken Comes Up Short

Pennsauken was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seneca Golden Eagles.

Pennsauken's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Seneca, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-11.

Looking ahead, Pennsauken will be playing at home against Maple Shade at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Seneca, they are taking a road trip to face off against Winslow Township at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Golden Eagles are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
