Davis is 9-1 against Eisenhower since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. Both will face off at 6:00 p.m. without much rest having both just played. Davis is coming into the game hot, having won their last eight games.

On Friday, Davis blew past Wenatchee, posting an 81-36 win. Given the Pirates' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 16th, while the Panthers are ranked 327th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Eisenhower hadn't done well against Eastmont recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Eisenhower skirted past Eastmont 74-72. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cadets as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Davis pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.1 points per game. As for Eisenhower, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.

Davis didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Eisenhower in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 61-56 win. Will Davis repeat their success, or does Eisenhower have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
