Soccer Game Preview: King vs. Corona

The King Wolves will venture away from home to take on the Corona Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

King saw some tournament action last Friday. They and Redlands East Valley finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw.

Juan Mateo Lopez and Joseph Castillo-Lopez scored both of King's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Corona duked it out withNorco on Friday. Corona played to a draw too, finishing 1-1 against Norco. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Panthers have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Corona's draw gives them a new season record of 9-2-2. As for King, they moved theirs to 5-4-2.
