For the second straight game, Jacksboro will face off against City View. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mustangs at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Jacksboro is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7 runs per game this season.

Jacksboro's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. Everything went their way against City View as they made off with a 10-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won nine in a row.

Brooke Reaves made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Reaves was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run.

In other batting news, Rylee Bennett was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Maddy Morgan, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Jacksboro lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in May of 2024.

City View is on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18. As for Jacksboro, their win bumped their record up to 17-11-1.
