The Kirbyville Wildcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. Everything went their way against Veritas Classical Academy as Kirbyville made off with a 68-48 win. The win was a breath of fresh air for Kirbyville as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Despite the loss, Veritas Classical Academy had strong showings from Ty Merrill, who scored 23 points, and Jake Strahan, who scored 19 points. The match was Merrill's third in a row with at least ten points.
