Holy Cross came out on top against Lakeland on Tuesday thanks in part to AVA SCHMIDT's efforts. SCHMIDT wasn't messing around, tossing three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. The pitching appearance was her tenth straight with two or fewer walks.
