Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bryan). They took down the Swanton Bulldogs 64-48 on Thursday. The Golden Bears haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Swanton lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Lauren Bettinger, who posted 21 points and five boards. Those 21 points gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jessica Finfera, who scored 13 points.

Bryan's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.7 points over those games. As for Swanton, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.

Bryan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 62-45 loss against Wauseon on the 10th. As for Swanton, they will square off against Bath at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Swanton has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
