Poland skates past Cooperstown with ease

Recap: Poland Tornadoes vs. Cooperstown Hawkeyes

The Poland Tornadoes scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 72-39 win over Cooperstown at home. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Poland as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Cooperstown's loss came despite strong showings from Cooper Bradley and Charlie Lambert. Bradley dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds, while Lambert scored ten points along with four steals. Bradley is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last 15 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Cooper Coleman, who scored eight points along with five steals.

The win got Poland back to even at 4-4. As for Cooperstown, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.

Poland will be playing in front of their home fans against Cincinnatus Central at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Cooperstown does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
