Crestview won the last time they faced Navarre and things went their way on Friday too. The Bulldogs sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over the Raiders. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

The team relied heavily on Zach Smith, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Crestview's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Navarre, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crestview will face off against Fort Walton Beach at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Navarre, they will take on Niceville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
