Basketball Recap: Clements Comes Up Short

Clements was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Lauderdale County Tigers and fell 84-48. While losing is never fun, the Colts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 309th, while the Tigers are ranked 45th).

Clements' defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Lauderdale County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Coming up, Clements will be playing in front of their home fans against West Morgan at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lauderdale County, they will square off against Rogers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
