Volleyball Recap: Burroughs Gets the Win

Burroughs won the last time they faced Marlborough and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bears came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 3-1.

Despite the loss, Marlborough still got an impressive performance from Tatawan Vongfak, who had 26 digs and two aces. Vongfak is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season.

Burroughs now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Marlborough, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Burroughs will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Cleveland at 5:30 p.m. on the 26th. As for Marlborough, they will take on Notre Dame Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
