Volleyball Recap: Andover Extends Winning Streak to Six

Andover waltzed into their match on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Billerica Memorial Indians by a score of 3-1. For the Golden Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Indians walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-27, 25-17, 25-18.

Among those leading the charge was Ella Niles, who had six digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Niles wasn't the only good server: Andover was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in 20 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Andover's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Billerica Memorial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
