Basketball Game Preview: Holgate Tigers vs. Stryker Panthers

Holgate is 1-7 against Stryker since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Tigers will look to defend their home court against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Saturday, Holgate ended up a good deal behind Leipsic and lost 51-35.

Meanwhile, Stryker came up short against Montpelier on Thursday and fell 61-53. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Locomotives: they've now lost five in a row.

Stryker now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Holgate, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.
