Soccer Game Preview: Providence vs. Augusta E

The Providence Panthers are taking a road trip to square off against the Augusta E Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Providence fell victim to Richland Northeast and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Cavaliers, falling 3-0. Providence have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Augusta E made sure to put some goals up on the board against Mead Hall Episcopal School on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 4-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for Augusta E as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Providence's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Augusta E, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-9.
