It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lutheran had no problem doing just that on Friday. They took down the Eagle Valley Devils 31-15. The win was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Lutheran found their leader in sophomore Tavish Burt, who picked up 104 receiving yards and one TD.

Lutheran didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Eagle Valley to a completion percentage of just 42.5%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from two players: Rylan Tisdall and Finn O'Connell, who each logged two passes deflected. Lutheran hasn't an opponent to post a completion percentage of 0.46 or higher in three consecutive contests.

Although Eagle Valley took the loss, they still got scores from Trevor Dunn and Keaden Lake.
