Casa Grande is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Castro Valley a 1-0 shutout. Jordan Maldonado had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Gauchos.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Terra Linda sidestepped James Logan for a 3-2 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Terra Linda's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Casa Grande, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-5 record this season.
