Baseball Recap: Paul W. Bryant Stampede vs. Jackson-Olin Mustangs
Paul W. Bryant had to endure an eight-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past the Jackson-Olin Mustangs 16-1 on Tuesday. The Stampede not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 22nd.

Caleb Shealey was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and only one walk). Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. Paul W. Bryant is 5-2 when Shealey posts two or more stolen bases, but 4-13 otherwise.
In other batting news, CaJorie Merriweather and Aiden Storey did most of the damage at the plate: Merriweather scored two runs and stole six bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances, while Storey scored a run and stole four bases while going 1-for-1. That's the most runs Merriweather has posted since back in February. Boris Rhodes was another key player, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 1-for-2.
