Abraham Lincoln entered their tilt with George Washington on Wednesday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They were the clear victors by a 25-1 margin over the Eagles. The Railsplitters have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Abraham Lincoln got a massive performance out of Felino Martinez, who went 3-for-4 with four runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. Those four runs gave Martinez a new career-high. Sebastian Perez was another key player, going 3-for-4 with four runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Abraham Lincoln always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .682. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .562 or higher in five consecutive games.

Abraham Lincoln's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for George Washington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

The Eagles are facing the Wolves at the right time seeing as the Wolves are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
