Saucon Valley extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Taylor Rohn. The Panthers took down the Pen Argyl Green Knights 24-7 on Saturday for which the team can thank Rohn, who rushed for 83 yards and two scores, and also picked up 34 receiving yards. He didn't just play on offense: he also made eight total tackles and defended one pass.

Saucon Valley didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Zakary Ziegler, Hunter Hill, and Parker Skoda picked up one apiece. Ziegler got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Saucon Valley's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Pen Argyl, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Saucon Valley will challenge Southern Lehigh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Spartans have now posted at least 31 points in their last five games. As for Pen Argyl, they will square off against Catasauqua at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Green Knights will be up against the Rough Riders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
